The Problem

          Any Business that intends on staying in business must fulfill the customer needs. Lets examine this statement just a little. There are three basic needs (or wants) you must deliver to the customer. Think of what you expect as a customer and you could answer this yourself.

You want a quality product.

You want to pay a reasonable price.

You want it now.

          With the tools available today, anyone with a little experience can build a quality mobile app development & website design at a reasonable price. The problem is in delivering it now. No matter what anyone tells you, a good mobile app development & website design takes time to build. After you've built a few you'll have enough experience to design one that's not really complicated and build it in maybe one or two weeks, but it still takes time. Anyone that tells you differently is not talking about a GOOD mobile app development & website design, that satisfies both search engines and humans.

          This is the problem is. If you can't deliver within the client’s time frame, they'll go elsewhere. You'll get a reputation as being unreliable and potential clients will no longer contact you. Lets look at an example.

To ensure I don't over schedule because I want a reputation of delivering on time, I allow 1 week per job (a pace almost impossible to keep up).
